Our company invested about 432.63million yuan to build a comprehensive utilization project of isobutene. The main products of the project are isoprenol and MMB. Isoprenol is currently lacking in domestic production, and the demand for commodities is mainly imported, so the price is relatively expensive. Although there have been a small number of production since 2012, the market supply is limited and technology is lagging behind. We have a advanced, mature and reliable production technology, which filled in gaps in domestic production. We adopt advanced DCS automatic control technology in our production process, which ensures the safety of the production device, reduces the production risk, guarantees the quality stability of the product and achieves energy saving and consumption reduction. Also we adopt effective environmental protection measures in the process, and the waste discharge has reached the standards set by the Environmental Protection Law of the People′s Republic of China.

Our company reacts isobutene and formaldehyde as raw materials to produce isoprenol. The scale is 30 thousand tons / year. The product of this project has a wide range of uses and good market demand potential. It can be used for mass production of solvents, dyes, surface paints, pigments, pesticides, insecticides, and citral. As raw material of the new generation of superplasticizer of polycarboxylate series. The synthesized superplasticizer of polycarboxylate series with this Isoprenol, has a strong ability to maintain the dispersion of cement particles, also has many advantages, such as low dosage, high water reduction, enhancement effect, durability, corrosion of steel and environmentally friendly and so on.
