Guangdong Xinhuayue Petrochemical Incorporated Company was enterprise of collective ownership established by the Maoming Citizens′ Government and Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company in Jan, 1980. At the end of 2003, company was re-organized into join-stock private enterprise. In 2009, re-named as Guangdong Xinhuayue Petrochemical Incorporated Company. It is connected with Maoming Petrochemical Corp. Industrial chain, set up ethylene post-processing base, mainly handle ethylene pyrolysis C9 distillation and oil deep-refine base, mainly handle heavy cerate, distillation oil and white oil. With 15 sets of production equipment and production capacity of 880000 tons/year, Xinhuayue has become one of biggest petrochemical product post-processing and deep-processing base in west Guangdong province.
