We mainly produce Rhodium-plated or Ruthenium-plated Molybdenum disc and are proud to announce that the diameter of rhodium plated molybdenum disc we supplied is up to 120mm with flatness tolerance up to 3um. We are exporting rhodium-plated or ruthenium plated molybdenum thousands of pieces every year.
Rhodium and ruthenium plated molybdenum are widely adapted in European and American Semiconductor factories due to plating highly improving semiconductor′s thermal and electrical performance and resulting in higher power products. Fortunately we are the sole company owing approved rhodium and ruthenium plating technique in China at moment. This technique was developed by professor Wang Peiyu and professor Xu Shuqing, both of who are from Guangdong University of Technology, which is famous all around China. Back to years ago when this technique was launched, it was already put into use in the domestic high speed trains. In honor of professor Wang′s extraordinary dedication in the area of Engine Technique, The State Department has given him special rewards and allowance.
Besides, we, cooperating with Guangdong University of Technology and Middle South University, are devoting in the production and development of metal material, powder metallurgy and the composite material, used in the high-tech and the electric fittings.
Our facilities such as Double Side Polisher and Precision Surface Meter are all imported from Japan. With our highly skilled personnel, who specialize in alloy deep processing for more than 20 years, to ensure the high demanding flatness and parallel, and the leading technique, our products are enjoying a high prestige home and abroad.
