1. How can I control the electric skateboard?
The electric skateboard acceleration and braking is controlled by a wireless handhold remote controller and mobile APP .
2. What is the name of the App?
For both the iOS and Android versions of the mobile App we name it "WINboard". We'll post a link for download right here as soon as they are available.
3. Can I ride if I have no experience with electric skateboard?
Absolutely. The electric skateboard is designed to easy to learn and ride. We have Beginner mode to help you get start and feel comfortable with all the features the board offers ,and the max speed of Beginner mode is limited within 8 mph..
4. How do the different ride modes work?
There are 2 riding modes you can choose from App. By picking one of our two modes or even customizing the acceleration and top speed, you can make sure the Winboard electric skateboard is setup exactly to your personal riding style.
Beginner Mode: top speed of 8 mph, the best choice for the Beginners.
Freedom Mode: allows you to accelerate as you want for your electric skateboard.
5 .What is the max speed of the electric skateboard?
The electric skateboard takes you top spped 30mph. It doesn't mean you can always getting max speed. Whether you are on flat ground or heading down a hill, crashes at high speed can cause very serious injuries, or worse. Even if you have experience on other electric skateboard, you should still be extremely cautious when riding at high speed.
6. How far can the electric skateboard allow for if fully charged?
Winboard electric skateboard's fully custom Battery Management System providing 8 miles on Beginner mode. Expect closer to 30 miles if Freedom mode or depend on the weight of riding person. Our test load weight is 176lbs.
7. What should I wear for safety?
Always wear a helmet. This cannot be over stated enough. We also highly recommend wearing other safety gear like wrist guards, gloves, knee pads and other protection wearings.

Winboard provide"Montreal Mobility",the battery is a "power bank" to your smart phone.Output 5V.
5. How do I know when the electric skateboard is charged?
The WINboard Cruiser charger has an LED which will be red if charged and changes to green once fully charged.
6. How long does it take to charge the electric skateboard battery?
If the battery is competely flat then our tests at normal room temperature have shown a recharge time of about 3-4 hours. Do not charge it overnight even though our charger have overcharging protection function.
7. Is my electric skateboard waterproof?
Yes and no... because the bottom of the electric skateboard is completely sealed you can ride through most puddles and rain. However, you cannot submerge the electric skateboard under water. It is very important to remember wet conditions can ruin your bearings and greatly reduce traction, so if you do ride in wet conditions, you should practice extreme caution.
8. What is the weight limit for the electric skateboard?
The limited weight we suggest is 265 lbs. Performance won't really change on the flat ground but heavier riders may see a slow down on steep hills.
9. How long does it take the electric skateboard to get top speed?
It depends greatly on the rider, road conditions, and mode you are in. But in most cases it get top speed within just a few seconds.
10. Can I order WINboard wheels for my non-WINboard?
Yes you can! They will work just as normal electric skateboard wheels would.
11. Will there be future updates/accessories for the electric skateboard?

PART3. MAINTANCE AND WARRANTY
1. What regular maintenance should I do on my electric skateboard?
Regularly inspecting your electric skateboard for any damage and checking that it is running properly is usually all the regular maintenance your electric skateboard should need. When bearings, wheels are worn, they can easily be replaced or swapped out with new ones from our online store. Cleaning the electric skateboard is one of your key maintenance points. Do not soak the electric skateboard, or spray with a hose, simple get a wet cloth and rub off any dirt with the cloth - maybe use a soft scrubbing brush on stubborn marks. With a damp cloth clean the underside of the electric skateboard, the trucks, battery, wheel sidewalls etc. Harsh chemicals or abrasive materials should never be used and can damage the finish or even the performance of your board.Do not let the electric skateboard exposed to sunshine for a long time.
2.How to store the electric skateboard ?
After you have cleaned your electric skateboard, if you are going to store it for extended periods, give the battery an overnight charge every 3-4 months. If you are going to store it for a few weeks before use, keep the battery on charge if possible, the automated cut-off will turn the light on the charger to green indicating that the battery is drawing minimal current to maintain optimal status of the battery.
3. Does the electric skateboard have a Warranty?
Absolutely. Your electric skateboard is covered by a 6month (180 days )warranty of battery and the control system (including motors ,motherboard and remote board),other spare parts such as wheels ,bearings, deck ,which parts warranty time is 3 months(90 days).
But only wear and tear within the warranty, serious damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, or riding in water are not covered.
If electric skateboard has a manufacturing defect after you received,within 30 days anytime you can return to us and we will send you a new electric skateboard.
If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of receiving electric skateboard, you can return it to us and ask your money back. But please keep in mind, return electric skateboard should be keep original package new and completely.
Clean and no scratch on the surface of the electric skateboard, all parts work well and doesn't influence second sale. Otherwise $50 restocking fee may apply depending on your returned WINboard. And you need pay the express fee to our warehouse. After we received your returns we will release your money back.
Please pay attention to No Warranty cases:
1. Battery or charger doesn't work caused by over charge or charging all night
2. PCB motherboard issues caused by riding electric skateboard in water or in rainy days
3. Motor wheels issues caused by over weight loading, keep riding with Max speed without stopping or longtime climbing hills
4. All man-made problems, misuse or deliberate damage
5. Improper riding methods or operation
