Shipping Plicies
Normally, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days for in stock items. The shipment takes 2-5 business days by UPS or FedEx usually. If you don't receive order on time, please contact us to help you track your order with courier. Please understand there is a little longer time because of bad weather, delayed by custom clearance. The shipping time during Holiday Season (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc) could be longer than usual time. Please add another 5-10 days as a delay.

1.Do you offer a guarantee or warranty for your human hair wigs?
We offer a 7 day money-back guarantee on any wig purchased from us. If you make a purchase and decide to return it, just be sure to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Refunds are not provided for special order(promotion and clean stock) or custom order items.
7days money back guarantee applies for wigs that have not been modified or used in anyway. It means no wearing, no washing, no cutting, no styling, no coloring, keep all package and labels still. We will pay you back by deducting the original shipping fee after we received the wigs. Customer should pay for express delivery cost for sending back.
2.What is your shipping policy?
Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days for in stock items.
3.When I order, will the wig I get be styled like the photo on the site?
Part of stock wigs are basically cut and styled as on photo, you may do it again professionally before wearing. We keep enough space for your personal styling.
4. How long does a wig last? What is the expected lifespan?
Our wig will last up to 3 years with proper care .However, there are many factors that contribute to the lifespan of a wig including how it is cared for, how active the wearer is, how often it is worn under the sun, and if it is used every day or switched of with other wigs.
5.Are your wigs multi-directional? Can I change the location of the hair part?
All of our Jewish wigs are multi-directional. The location of the hair part can be changed. Our unique multi-directional part allows for unlimited styling possibilities, same as naturally growing hair.
6.Are your wigs made with Remy human hair?
Yes. Remy is also known as "Cuticles Intact" and all of our human hair products are Remy.
7.Can your wigs be cut, styled, or blow-dried?
Yes. Due to the nature of the high quality hair we use, the wigs can be styled with Babyliss. Like normal hair, excessive use on high heat settings can damage hair. We suggest don't use too often or too high temperature to protect hair quality.
8.Can highlights be added to wigs?
The hair can be highlighted as desired. However, some colors lighter than color #6 may be color processed and caution should be taken to test a few strands first at nape to see if color will take properly. Coloring should only be attempted by a professional.
9.Can hair be added or canceled some to your wigs?
Weft hair can be added or canceled some lines professionally, skin part can't add hair because of the unique knotting.
10.Are your wig caps adjustable (larger or smaller)?
All of our wigs are designed with an adjustable cap for maximum comfort and the most perfect fit possible. Stock wigs are standard M, but you can place custom order for XL/L/S cap.
11.How to care the wigs?
The item is easy to wash and care, just using a little mild shampoo in warm water. Shake off excessive water, wipe with a tower, and dry in air.
