We have a whole detonation production line of nano diamond and set up China′s first research center for the engineering and technology of nano diamond powders, possessing key technology (multiple inventive and practical new-type patents) in high-grade cleaning, particle control and dispersion of micron, nano grade powders. Our products include 3 categories: Diamond at nano, submicron and micron grades, alumina, cerium oxide, super-fine abrasives and related products, super-precise soft abrasives and liquid abrasives. Their applications cover high-end surface treatment fields: CMP, LED sapphire wafer processing, semiconductor chips at the 3rd generation, HDD, magnetic heads, optical fibers, IC, chips, precise optical glasses, fine mechanical finishing, wire saw etc.
