TQ_AM335X Core Board is composed of MPU (AM335XZCZ), memory (DDR3, 256 MB * 2), NAND FLASH (in the back), PMU (TPS65910A3, power management chip) and other peripheral circuit. TQ_AM335X Core Board's MPU is expanding the most functions by ZCZ encapsulation and also expanding the most functions of AM335X's chip.
