Retractable Vertical Folding Soundproof Interior Partitions Wall Door

Special instructions: The following standards are subject to the drawings confirmed by both parties! For reference only.

1. When the partition wall is opened, it will automatically fold up vertically and enter the ceiling and hide on the roof or partition room;

2. When the partition door is closed, the door leaf is perpendicular to the ground, and the door surface is decorated with a rectangular soundproof panel grid;

3. The motor is installed on the center line of the partition wall at the top; or evenly distributed;

4. A three-position key switch is used, with LED flash fault indication;

5. The sealing gap between the ground and the bottom of the partition board is no more than 50mm; the sealing gap between the side wall and the soundproof board is not more than 25mm; the sealing joint between the ceiling and the soundproof board is no more than 50mm;

6. The speed of the partition door is 1.5~3 meters /min

7. No part of hinge, bracket, screw, mechanical system leaks;

8. All boards are rectangular and have the same size;

9. The stacking width above the door is generally not more than 1700mm, and the stacking height is 1/5-1/10, depends on the partition height;

10. Each door panel can be removed and installed separately with a screwdriver;

11. The average weight of the partition wall does not exceed 35kg/m2 (excluding motor and decoration)

12. The line verticality error of both sides of partition wall is required within 6mm;

13. The soundproof material is non-flammable and fireproof;

14. The traction wire is used for lifting only;

15. Three-phase motor, professional electrical control box;
