Inspection

During such exercises, K & S follows a process to ensure the inspection is completed rapidly and accurately in accordance with client supplied validation and disposition instructions.
At the kickoff of each project, the validation process is defined in an Inspection Instruction Guideline. The document serves as a step-by-step work instruction to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of the validation. K & S personnel are trained in accordance with this document.
Whether performed at your location, your customers′ or one of the K & S facilities, our sorting & containment services are tailored to meet your specific needs. Our standardized processes ensure you will receive timely, accurate and cost effective services. Our excellent people work with tiredless dedication, and have shown again and again that they can deliver the ppm′s that you are looking for also tasks such as: Review of the shipments of parts and cars supplies upon arrival to the plants in the area. We will review 100% piece by piece the contents of the shipment, or use statistical process sampling according to your needs.

Often a nonconforming part can be corrected by rework. It is often too expensive to bring these parts back into your plant and unnecessary to do so unless the rework operations require special tools or machinery located only in your plant.

Our engineers can assist you in developing the operator instructions, obtaining tools and material, and then supervise the rework to your specifications. You can salvage product with rework that meets your customer′s exact requirements and specifications.
