Shanghai Fiorentini gas equipment Co., Ltd. is established in May, 1995, and invested by Shanghai Aerospace Energy Co., Ltd. Under China Aerospace Technique Group Co., Ltd., Pietro Fiorentini S. P. A., and Shanghai Dazhong Gas Co., Ltd. It is the first and meanwhile the biggest joint venture engaged in research, development, design, manufacture, sales and technical service for gas reducing and metering stations for gas transmission and distribution.

Shanghai Fiorentini commits herself to working on the integrated technology of gas reducing and metering as well as the total solutions. The products range from the integrated products of reducing systems, including gas reducing & metering stations, medium-high pressure city gates, compressed natural gas reducing stations, and two-stage reducing stations etc., to pressure vessels, including filters, filtering separators, vortex separators, heat exchangers, water bath boilers, insulating joints, and pig launching equipment etc., to monitoring system, including the gas business management about general information system, SCADA gas distribution monitoring system, station-control system, and capacity data writer etc., to valves, including pressure regulators, slam-shut valves, flow regulating valves, globe valves and butterfly valves etc., to measuring products, including the turbine flowmeters, orifice plate flowmeters, flow measuring meters etc.

Shanghai Fiorentini possesses a perfect qualifications system: She has got the ISO9001 certificate issued by AQQC and successfully got through the upgrading process for 2000 edition. She has been awarded as the high and new technology enterprises of Shanghai each year since 1997. In 2001, she was crowned as the Advanced Technology Foreign-funded Enterprise of Shanghai. The gas reducing& metering cabinet, the leading products of our company, was granted as state level product and municipal grade new product, as well as the second-class new products in Shanghai, the third-class product for advancement in science & technology. We have developed the JY series insulating joints, the fast-open head of the filters, the easy-open head and the butterfly valves by ourselves, which have won the state patent of new pattern product. In addition, we have applied the design qualification on pressure vessels and the exequatur of manufacturing the pressure vessels.

The products have been used extensively in more than 60 cities in the area of industries, families and gas reducing networks in the gas transmission & distribution system, and we also extend our business to long-distance pipeline, as well as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and power plant industries. We began to exploit our markets in the Southeast Asia area and other international markets from 1997.

We are engaged in establishing the marketing networks all over the country, and have set up offices in Lanzhou, Wuhan, Hangzhou, and Urumchi., and have set up after-sales service centers in Chongqin, Chengdu, Qingdao and Kunming etc. We have also invested in Nanjing Fiorentini Gas Equipment Co., Ltd., Beijing Fiorentini, and Changshu (Shanghai Fiorentini) Pressure Container Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Fiorentini and Shanghai Time Fiorentini System Control Co., Ltd.

In abroad our products have been sold to Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, India, Myanmar, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, British, and Bolivia and so on the others. The Overseas market is promoting every year.
