Our insulated plastic containers (also known as bins /tubs) were made from double-walled Polyethylene (PE) shell and insulated with a choice of expanded Polyurethane(PU)for use in various industries such as Fisheries, Food Processing, Medicine, Leisure & Outdoor Activities and others. 1) The product has the wall thickness of 40mm, and features high strength, good tenacity and long service life;

3) A foaming technology is applied, and a thermal insulating material is filled in the middle of the box wall, so the product has an extremely good insulation effect;

5) The box cover can be separated, facilitating in placement of articles.

These sizes (70L, 100L, 150L, 300L, 450L, 640L) insulated boxes, common uses are on board & inland transportation for fresh fish on ice, at docks for pickling and in the processing industry for storage of chilled foods. High-insulated foam that helps keep product cold up to 5 - 6 days when properly iced.

FOOD PROCESSING
These insulated plastic containers are the most popular & frequently used in the food processing (fish, shrimp & meat) sectors for storage & keeping fresh during preparation. The pallet designed at bottom can be moved by a standard hand pallet jack and forklift truck from all four sides. 1000 L& 1700 L are suitable for storage of large fish, i.e. Tuna.
