Its land area is 300, 000M2, building area is 170, 000M2, it is located in Jiashan Zhejiang province, the neighborhood of Shanghai. Gem-Year has more than one thousand sets of imported automatic equipments and testing machines. It also has its own river wharf and automatic warehouse with capacity of 100, 000 tons. The raw material that is used by Gem-Year is imported from overseas as well as from the domestic steel factories.
Gem-Year is using the ERP to control the production process line, further more it can produce all kinds of high quality products such as bolts, nuts, screws, drawn wire and other off-standard fasteners, which are according to GB, ANSI, DIN, UNI, JIS and ISO standards. Now Gem-Year has an annual output of 200, 000 tons.
Gem-Year Industrial Co., Ltd′s quality control system has passed ISO9001, ISO/TS16949 international quality assurance system and was accredited by American A2LA for the F. Q. A. Moreover, it also has the certificate of the 1st class management of exporting goods, which was awarded by the CCIB of P. R. C.
Varieties of Gem-Year′s products are used, not only in the domestic market such as for the domestic industrials and for the major national construction projects, but also in external market like the America, Europe, Japan and so on. It has the country level fastener R&D center, provide new products very quickly according to customer expects.
