LNC & LSC share the same management team. Mr. Fan Li Wei, the founder of the two companies, has been engaged in the international trade of minerals and chemicals since 1989. He LED his team to initially focus on the local resource advantages, and then took a broad view on the national high-quality supply. He established Luoyang Sincere Trading Co., Ltd in 1999 and renamed Luoyang Siamatec Co., Ltd in 2019.
