We also emphasize on new product types, product functions, design and quality. Each year, we release an average of 10 new series of products. Rema Technology Co., Ltd. has own factory, it is over 6000 square meters, used high efficiency management, adopt the procedures of fully complying with ISO system as the basis and the quality policy prepared as the objective for which the whole staff are working hard. The products are stable and delivery is quick and timely

Quality control begins at the moment we purchase our materials and components. The IQC commence with a vendor survey and sampling inspection. QC then proceeds to the material storage, followed by MF G′s in-process quality control and QA′s visual inspection and function test.

We have implemented new manufacturing procedures to support industry environmental initiatives for Lead (Pb)-Free and RoHS-Compatible products. We have given increased attention to make solutions available to our customers that use new materials, and have transitioned a significant portion of our manufacturing to Lead (Pb)-Free. In addition, we have a broad selection of products which meet the requirements of RoHS (the restriction on the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, ) which becomes effective July 1, 2007.
