The multi-layer co-extrusion composite feedblock is applicable to combine various materials fed by the extruder evenly, consistently and conveniently. The proportion between layers may be varied freely. Allow for lamination of multi-layer and mulit-color.
Various lamination types ranging from A/B, A/B/C, A/B/A, A/B/C/D, A/B/C/A, A/B/C/B/A are allowed.
Applicable materials: PP, PE, APET, PETG, PS, HIPS, ABS, PC, PMMA, PVC, EVA etc.
All surfaces are chromo-plated. Use 12.9 high-strength bolts as fasteners. Come with premium and durable stainless steel cartridge heaters subject to zoning control.
Width of die is 400-6000m.
