Company Introduction:
Our manufacturing facility in China, produces the majority of components in-house, such as all injection, pressings, die cast and spray facilities. We have a dedicated and trained workforce excess of 1000 personnel. Other components not produced in-house are imported from Japan and Taiwan.
Most of our products have been tested and certified to GS(Germany), BSI(GB), ASTM(USA) and SG(Japan) etc. We do keep a very strict control on quality assurance for each lighter by testing its flame stability; Gas leakage; Drop test; And all over ISO9994 /2006 requirements. To ensure the quality, we import from Japan and USA latest technology machines for production and inspection, besides that we have strong support by our in-house in Molding and Injection Department to guarantee the specification of each lighter.
Our monthly production capacity is over 6 million pieces. We welcome OEM projects on behalf of our customers, we also develop our own designed lighter. Our engineers involve deeply in the development and quality improvement at all stages.
