HENGYE equipped with electro hydraulic hammer 8Ton, steam hammer 3Ton, 4 sets of forging hammers 1Ton, vertical machine OD 2.5m, OD1.6m and 17 sets of various Lathers, 3 sets of CNC achines, 3 sets of electric heat treatment furnace for size 2.5x2.5x1.5m, 8x1.2x0.8m, 2x0.8x0.8m, 9 sets of various band sawing machines, about 30 sets of related equipments such as rocking-arm drilling machine and stand drilling machine etc. We could produce different types of free forging parts under 6Ton with annual output about 9000Ton, including about 6000T of forging parts made of stainless steel and alloy steel, 2000T of forging parts made of carbonized steel, 1000T of forging parts made of duplex stainless steel and nickel alloy. We have mature experiences for forging and process of ASTM materials.
