Zhejiang Haotian Rubber Co., Ltd. (hereafter called Haotian), the former Zhejiang Sanmen Haotian Rubber Co., Ltd., is a fixed enterprise for the Ministry of Railways. It is located in Sanmen County, Zhejiang, which is the "hometown of blue crab in China", near Sanmen Bay of Zhejiang exactly at the middle section of the "Gold Coast Line" of China. Haotian enjoys convenient transportation. Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Highway, National Highway 104 and Shangsanxian First-class Highway intersect near the company. It is less than 80 kilometers away from Ningbo Lishe International Airport and Luqiao Airport, adjacent to Tiantai Mountain AAAA Scenic Spot, with Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Railway passing through the city.

Founded in 1985, Haotian covers a land area of more then 10, 000 m2. Its total assets come to$28 million and its annual turnover reached $120 million in 2010. It has 39 engineering technicians and managers and 362 staff. Haotian prides itself on excellent production equipment, professional R & D team, advanced production process, high-tech detection means and superior quality management system. Now Haotian has evolved into a professional integration of design, R&D and production. Through its two product segments--rubber crossing plates and transportation facility, it offers a wide range of products globally.

For example, it has been awarded "China Famous Brand" by China Quality Supervision Committee. Haotian is approved by ISO90001: 2008 Quality Management System. In order to meet market access requirements of the Ministry of Railways, in 2006 the company has passed the qualification review of the "Manufacture License for Industrial Products" by the Ministry of Railways on railway crossing rubber board and rubber pad plates as well as the product on-track technical examination by the Transport Bureau of the Ministry of Railways. Moreover Haotian has become a fixed producer authorized by the Ministry of Railways (license number: TTX-621-0127).
