Ultraseal Shanghai Limited is a subsidiary of Ultraseal International ( United Kingdom ). The company had been engaged in the research and development of the Impregnation Technology for more than 40 years. Our technologies brought benefits to every one of our customers all over the world.
As China is becoming a more industrialized country with several automobi l e plants operation being initiated in joint operation with other parts of the world, we have set up our Chinese operation in 2004 to serve and bring solutions to the problem of "Porosity in Die - casting components". Impregnation is becoming a more and more crucial process to the reliability of cast components as leaks are serious defects in cast components. With our impregnation technology, we can lower the failure rate of components, therefore reduces the manufacturing costs of die-casting products.
Ultraseal International (UK) has developed a recyclable sealant, REXEAL 100. After years of development on this product, the sealant can be reused again and again, which means a lowered consumption of water and the elimination of sealant disposal. This is a benefit to the environment and to us.
We are providing our service to hydraulic and pneumatic manufacturers and the major automobile manufacturers like BMW, Nissan, Volvo, General Motors, Ford, Hyundai, Peugeot, Honda, Daewoo, Toyota and FIAT. They are currently using Ultraseal′s Impregnation Technology with complete satisfaction.
