V-Cell Extended Surface Mini-Pleat Filter

V-Cell filters with multiple mini-pleat modle packs. It removes air contamination such as fine dust, smoke, vapor, soil, pollen, bacteria, etc. The unique design of V-type offers a wide range of dirt removal efficiency with very low resistance. The filter offers high performance and low operating costs, are suitable for the most difficult operating conditions.

The filter is available in 3 efficiency ranges of 60-65%, 80-85%, 90-95% by ASHRAE Atmospheric Dust Spot Test (ASHRAE 52.1-1992)

The filter is assembled by eight mini-pleat packs formed into four V's. It contained more media (up to 40%) than standard W-Cell filter. The effective media area results in greater flow capacity, lower resistance, higher dust holding capacity, and longer service life.

Operating face velocity ranges are from 0-750FPM (0-3.81M/S) for 12" (292mm) deep units.

The V-Cell media is water resistance glass fiber, can withstand temperature up to 350 Celsius degree. It is folded into mini-pleats that are separated by continuous of adhesive and spacers to ensure an optimum pleating geometry. Each media pack is sealed within end panels by fire retardant epoxy, polyurethane foam or silicon and support struts and guaranteed leak free around the filter.

The filter frames are available from galvanized steel to other materials such plastic, particle wood, and stainless steel. The component is assembled to form a rigid frame giving high stability. For installation requiring a box, single header or double header.
