Q1. How do you deliver the product to me?
A. We send the products from factory directly to delivery company, and we have a good relation with TNT, Fedex, DHL, EMS etc...So we can give you a better price than other. And when you make big orders, we could arrange to delivery the products by sea to your near port, or send the products to your agent's certain port.
 
Q2. What is your delivery time?
A. Usually we arrange to send the samples in 7 days after receiving the payment, and the delivery time for normal big orders is 30-45 days, sometimes, this will change a little depending on the quantity of factory order at that time.

Q6. What is the material for the wheels and other parts?
A. The material for rims is 7075 and 7116 aluminum; the material for hubs is 6061 T6; we can offer two kinds of sprockets, the material for one kind is all aluminum 7075, another is semi steel-aluminum; we have two kinds of brake discs as well, one's material is all steel, and another is semi steel-aluminum. And the spokes and nipples we offer are with 8G 304 stainless steel material, desides, we could offer aluminum color nipples as well.
