26er fat bike rim 90mm wide carbon for winter commuting, tubeless compatible
This new carbon fat bike rim 90mm wide is more durable with double wall design for snow, sand or single track riding. The 90mm width fat wheels is and ideal size for all widths of fat bike tires.
* 90mm wide design makes fat wheels fit for all widths of fat bike tires.* These fat bike wheels tubeless system performs perfectly at super low pressure. The rim mold is modified with better tubeless tyre setup to make the tire mounting easily and perfectly.
* Double-wall construction makes carbon tubeless fat bike rim with better stiffness and ride handling. We have experience in manufacturing carbon fat bike rim with single wall design since 2013 year. This 90mm wide double-wall rim is much improved and stronger, the rim weight is still quite light at 650+/-30g. Most fat wheels are in alloy in the market, and some provides carbon ones, but they do not have much experienced in carbon fat bike wheel manufacturing. We have started to manufacture fat bike.
* Remove the curing carbon ring, improve the spoke hole tension and make the rim weight lighter.
* Manufactured by new manufacturing process with one-piece-layer, to make carbon fiber layer continuous and rims strongest. * Without any square holes on rims bed, for other factories, they drilled this big square hole to make air blades go out after molding. But we have our new skill, the air blades can come out without any big square hole. This improves the rim strength strongly.
* T700: Constructed with premium Toray T700 carbon fiber. The best strength to weight ratio with no expense spared.
