Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are the trading company established since 2005,now we have own garment factory in local,trading merino wool products over 10 years.

Q2: What is your MOQ?
A: 500pcs one style one color with mixed sizes.

Q3: What is your good price?
A: It depends on your merino wool quality,fabric weight and order quantities.

Q4: What is the prodution lead time?
A: 35~45days after the Pre-production sample confirmed.

Q5: What's your sample policy?
Option 1: Offering free existing samples,shipping cost will be on buyer's own expense 
Option 2: Customized samples will be charged, the sample cost will be return once place order above MOQ quantity.
Sample time: 7 working days by using available stock

Q6: How do you control the products' quality?
A: We have QA & QC department,they will report every production processes. Or you can send your inspection team or required the 3rd party to inspect the products.

Q7: This is my first buying overseas,how to place order ?
a/ We need information like picture,composition,weight,quantity or send us original sample,then we will quote good price accordingly,and make sample According to your requirement.
b/ Confirm other details such as lead time,payment,shipment.
c/ You need to pay the deposit.
d/ Before bulk production,we will send the Pre-production sample for you finally approval.
e/ After approved the shipping sample we will arrange shipment,and you will arrange the balacnce paymentafter shipment and related documents.
