Many years of experience together with the management and control of the entire production cycle (selection, washing, cutting, deep-freezing) define the points of strength of the quality. Dayong follows up all the manufacturing steps to guarantee its own products: Selection, calibration, washing, selection, cutting, freezing, packaging, metal detecting, weight control. All steps are performed under strict consideration of the HACCP system.
