BATHTUB TRIMMING MACHINE

The technique requests:

1. Turntable size: 2000 × 2000 (cut corner).

2. Turntable speed: 2rpm (frequency stepless speed regulation)

3. Blade height: 33-300 electrical adjustable.

4. Products maximum height: 1000

Materials and fabrication technology:

1. The main stand with 200 × 200 square tube production.

2. Table-board, with 20mm thick PVC plate production

3. Main bearings and gears are made of quality brands, super-hard axis of rotation processing, high temperature bearings is made in Japan.

4. Cylinder, motor and reducer adopt homebred high-quality brand.

5. Inverter with Taiwan's "Delta".

Advantages:

1. One button operated trimming machine, trims bathtubs automatically.

2. Does not require any mechanical adjustment between different bathtub types.

3. Trims between 60 - 90 seconds, the plate revolution speed can be adjusted electronically. Trimming height can also be adjusted.

4. Through the specially designed bearing system, the plate turns smoothly and continuously.

5. No need to fix the bathtub to the plate, no need to use any templates for the bathtubs. Just putting the bathtubs upside down on to the plate is enough.
