JD (DEL/DEM) Belt Weighfeeder is the ideal equipment of massive, granular and powdered materials which can realize continuous automatic weighing, dosing and batching. It is widely used in building materials, chemicals, metallurgy, coal, grain, feed and other related industries.

2\Model, Specification:
DEL is light weight, drum's diameter is Φ190mm; Idler's diameter is Φ58mm, applicable to the condition of smaller pressure, flow rate and lighter load.
DEM is heavy weight, drum's diameter is Φ320mm; Idler's diameter is Φ106mm, applicable to the condition of larger flow rate and heavy load.
3, Basic structure and features:
A, Scale body's framework: Light weight and sufficient stiffness and strength.
B, Weighing structure: A\It connects with scale body's framework by two sets of crossed reeds. Two sets of crossed reeds have double functions of fulcrum and limit. Because there is no relative motion, it won't wear out.
B\It connects with framework by two sensor's bearings and forms dual-sensor structure. Solid and reliable structure, fewer points of failure and higher measuring accuracy.
C, Calibration devices: It has built-in-weight device which can randomly supply the appropriate calibration weights. Users can calibrate the device at any time.
D, Shaft-mounted speed drive device: It is directly installed on the drive roller axis. To prevent heating when gear motor is in low-speed, it has special cooling device.
E, Drive and driven rollers: They all use self-aligning bearings to ensure both rollers are in the best position and good sealing performance. In order to meet the needs of special conditions, roller's outside surface can be coated.
F, Automatic tension and anti-deviation device: It can maintain constant tension of belt, automatically adjust direction of conveying belt and prevent deviation at any time.
G, Interior and exterior cleaning device: It clears inclusions to ensure that inner and outer surface of belt is clean and prolong the service life of conveyor's belt. Zero point's stability ensures measuring accuracy.
H, Conveyor's belt: It is specially designed and manufactured of endless circular measuring belt. It is applicable to three conditions of room temperature, medium temperature and high temperature.
I, Due to different materials or technological requirements, it can configure different feeding hopper or pre-feeding things to ensure the continuous and stable flow rate of materials. It also has striker plate and discharge hood.
J, Easy to replace the conveyor's belt: As long as you loosen the tension device, remove the non-drive side's bracket, striker plate and so on, you can remove and replace the conveyor's belt.
5, Controlling system and functions:
It uses AC frequency conversion technology and foreign converter with high reliability and good quality. It also can be selected according to user's needs.
Micro-control instrument selects VEG20610 of Germany SCHENCK or domestic LCXK series instrument. It has multilingual man-machine conversion function, printer interface and can communicate with the host computer. It can realize many functions of keyboard settings, setting value given by host computer, external start and stop, trouble alarm, data protected when power-off and so on. It has perfect software functions, such as automatically taring, calibrating and detecting. It also has stronger anti-interference ability.
