Established in 1986, Chee Siang (Group) Corporation is a Taiwan based multinational enterprise specializing in the manufacture and sales of "Golden Wheel" industrial sewing machines. To meet the increasing demand of the international market for "Golden Wheel" industrial sewing machines and the need for the enterprise to optimize its management structure, the corporation particularly selected a site in Jin qiao Export Processing Zone, a key state-level development zone, to establish Chee Siang Sewing Machine (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It covers an area of 80 Chinese acres, including a gross floor area of 66000 square meters, and the total investment reaches more than 60 million U. S. Dollars.
