China National Zhen Hua Import & Export Corporation

China National Zhen Hua Import & Export Corporation (CZHC) was established in 1984 in Beijing with the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of the People′s Republic of China.

This Corporation, registered at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, is a national comprehensive import and export corporation under the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade with the status of legal person engaging in international trade.

This Corporation is approved by the State Plannning Commission and the Ministry of Finance to operate with government foreign exchange purchase grants. It is one of the 32 national import and export corporations entitled to make purchase abroad on behalf of the government.

This Corporation is approved by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade to conduct trade with Taiwan under due preferential policies of the government.

This Corporation is approved by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade to hold or participate international exhibitions abroad.

The import of high-tech products and advanced technology and equipments for major construction projects of the country, scientific research institutions and production units are the features of the business of this Corporation.

Exporting:
Marketing and Acting import & export business of every type of commodities and technologies excluding articles restricted or prohibited by the State.

Dealing in processing with supplied materials and compensatory trade. Dealing in overseas shipping trade and counter trade.

Exporting (excluding commodities organized, united, joint-run and managed by the State) foodstuff, native produce and animal by-products, textiles and silk, garments, arts & crafts, light industrial products, metals and minerals, chemical products, medicinal and electrical products, implements of transportation, tools, agricultural machinery, and industrial products.

Importing (excluding commodities which the State authorize the company to import) light industrial products, chemical products, medicines, non-metal products, machinery and power generation equipment, and scrap copper and plastics.
