Yuyao Jingqiao Harware Factory has been producing bespoke metal stamping parts for 20 years.
JH Metal Stamping Factory offers a full service, in house tool and die department, staffed with skilled, experienced professionals. We custom design, engineer and build deep draw, progressive, forming and transfer tooling. The in-house tooling department at JH fabricates blanking dies for numerous markets, ranging from building material to the agricultural industry. We serve multiple industries, including but not limited to: Elevator brackets, building materials, access flooring pedestals, refrigeration equipment, outdoor sports equipment.
Our in house manufacturing capability:
· Punch and deep drawn range from 16T to 500T
Our manufacturing Processing:
· Blanking, Piercing, Bending, Forming, Deep Drawn and In-house Tooling making
Our secondary operations:
· Riveting- Tapping- CNC Laser Cutting-Welding(in house)- Drilling-Assembly-Painting-Powder Coating(in house)-Zn Coating
Our in house QC equipment:
· 2D projector tester- Torque tester-Tension machine- Salt spray tester-Zinc-coated tester
