What We Do

At Conex Banninger we produce plumbing fittings and valves for domestic, commercial and industrial applications, working with customers in plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and medical businesses. Our passionate and innovative approach to the design and manufacture of fittings and valves for use with copper, carbon, plastic and stainless steel components has made us a world leader.

We do more than just manufacture plumbing fittings and valves. Our Excellence Since 1909 has built strong and close relationships with our customers through providing the best technical, sales and customer support.

It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure that all adequate protection is available when required and the necessary information regarding Health and Safety Regulations is adhered to. The flow control valves and fittings are considered non- hazardous under normal circumstances, for safety and health concern.

IBP is an ISO 9000 Quality assured company registered with the BSI. IBP has approvals from numerous national and international bodies including DVGW, KIWA, GASTEC, Kitemark, SIRIM, SPAN, CCC, CNAS, WRAS and AENOR, plus many others well known.

1919 Conex Sanbra founded in West Bromwich, United Kingdom

1920 Banninger >B< mark introduced

1932 Red brass was added to the production range in Germany - only red brass producer in Europe

1975 Cordoba Spain factory established

1987 Banninger bought by the Delta Group leading to the creation of the IBP Group

1991 IBP Group merges with Conex

1992 Installfittings in Poland was incorporated into IBP Group

1994 Conex Banninger brands merge into one brand under the IBP Group

2009 Conex Banninger is 100 years old, Doing More for our customers

2010 IBP China commercial offices was estabilished in Shanghai

2011 Conex Banninger iron valves factory was established in Zhejiang China

2011 The IBP Group, is aquired by the IDD Group

2016 Conex Banninger commercial offices and factory established in Taiwan
