1. Poducts Intrduction

Series NO. FDGL bag type dust collector is developed based on the ten-years'experence on the designing and manufacturing of the kiln/furnance dust collector.

Bag filter is much more superior to dust collector, for its 99.99% dedust efficiency, small coverage area, lower cost for operation, off-linededusting, on-line/off-line inspection and maintainance, high automatic operation, high temprature resistance, etc.

The preventive measures, such as prespray on the filter fabric and built-in bypass, have been taken to prevent the furnace explosion, heavy oil lightening during the start and the work breakdown, and incomplete combustion.

3. Main structure

3.1 dusty air filtering system
When dust-laden gas enters the dust collector, the fine dust will be absorbed on the exterior surface of the filter bags.
The filter bags are made from imported raw material, and its capbility of high-temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance have been improved by series of processes, such as: PTFE deep steeped, hot sealing, singeing, anti-water and oil, hot forming, etc.

Filter bag cage are 6 - 8 M long, it's organosilicone sprayed for anti corrosion.
