Q: What's your MOQ? Do you accept custom-made?Do you accept customized order? Do I need to pay you extra cost for it?
A: The MOQ is 1 pc. We can do customized order according to your requirements. Customized service will not cost you extra charge, but will take 30-40 days to finish it.

Q : Can I modify your designs,such as add sleeves, change the lace, change the zipper to lace up, etc?
A:Yes, you can modify our designs, but our designers would check if the dresses can be modified as what you want. You also need to pay the extra cost for the modification.

Q:Is OEM service available for you? Can you put my labels on my dresses?
A:OEM service is available by us. If you want to put your own labels, you may send your labels to us, and if it is our designs with your labels, you have to protect our designing right.

Q:What's your delivery time and payment?
A:It will take 30-35 days for a few samples;35-45 days for 20-100 pieces regular orders. We will do our best to finish the production if you need the dresses urgently. 3 - 7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS from China to your office.
Payment terms:50% deposit before production; 50% rest before shipment by Bank Transfer or Western Union.

Q: What if the quality problems occur? Who will bear the shipping cost if my dresses need to be modified?
A:We will bear all the shipping cost if the products are not as advertised. Please contact us within 7 days and return it to us within 30 days from the date you receive the shipment. If the article is in your possession over 7 days, it will be considered that the dresses have been used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.
 
Q: What if the dresses you made do not satisfy me and I don't want the dresses?
A:Upon receipt of the goods in its original condition and package with all components and accessories included, we will refund you buying amount or you may choose to have a replacement.
