DaLian Bery Heavy Industries, Ltd. (BHI below) was established in September, 2002 with its registered capital of 12 million Yuan and work force of 256 employees among whom 157 are production workers, 40 erectors, 48 technicians and 11 salespersons. The company is mainly engaged in elevating machinery design, development, manufacturing, assembly, maintenance and servicing. The company has been registered with the state registry and is a limited liability company with separate corporation capacity.

BHI occupies a land of over 30, 000 square meters. Of which the operation facility covers more than 20, 000 sq. M. On the premise of over 5, 000 sq. M in floor area and a 2, 000-square-meter assembly factory building and 3, 000-square-meter manufacturing facility of steel structure. The company is well equipped with an array of steel-structure manufacturing and assembling equipment such as numerical control cutting machines, gas shielded welding machines, automatic submerged arc welding machines, pretreatment and derusting equipment, heavy-duty gantry cranes and overhead traveling cranes. In addition, the company has a complete set of lathing, planning and drilling equipment, X-ray flaw detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors, which enable the company with a total annual output capacity of 7, 500 tons.

The long-term development objective of BHI is to design and develop high value-added and multi-purpose elevating transport machinery, to step up products development based on market and products development, to stockpile its technical strength, to develop itself into an nationally and internationally competitive business group in elevating transport equipment research, development, manufacturing and after-sales services and eventually to transform it to a high-tech, out-bound and sizable intensive business group and world-class multinational.
