Production management
During year′s development, we keep productions about 4000 tons per year for the doep dyed PP yarn, 4000Tons per year for the dope dyed polyester yarn in FDY DTY POY, MONO yarn etc, From the year of 2008, we began product for the dope dyed PP hollow yarn. Also, We invested lots of capital in equipments. The embroidery lace production machines and best twisted machines, The embroidery thread factory owns the whole set of advanced twisting, dyeing and molding equipments which are capable of rayon thread and polyester embroidery thread in different specifications and packing with an annual output of 2, 500 tons; The polyester thread factory is quipped with all sets of cotton weaving, dyeing and molding equipments that can produce10000 tons of polyester threads annually and can supply polyester threads in diverse specifications and packings. Also we have ribbon & tape production base owns 56 sets of computer jacquard machines, 50 sets of rope machines, different kinds of (non) shuttle machines as well as production line of binding tape and cutting ribbon, such as different kinds of cotton laces, fringe tapes, cutting ribbon, binding tapes, elastic cord/rope, elastic braid, curtain tapes, wave tapes and other kinds of conventional tapes and fancy tapes. Our productions quite popular in African markets.

The company had the management rights for import and export as early as 2001. Since the special yarn and accessory market in Middle East, Africa, North America and Europe were opened in 2002, the market share of our company in those regions was growing increasingly. In Nigeria, accessory products have occupied more than 30% of market coverage, in Bengal, Ghana, Mali and Morocco, we has had over 20% of market share while in Egypt and Russia, 10% of market share and maintains soaring trend in other regions and countries as well. We have higher recognition in domestic depending on the strong ability of research and development and production.
