Zhejiang Taizhou valve factory is located in the beautiful coast of Eastern Ocean--Yuhuan city that is also be called as the production basement of automobile parts. It is a factory specialized in producing the inlet valve for cars, minicars and engines for motorcycles. It is founded in 1981. Today the workshop covered an area of 5700 square meters and the building area is 5800 square meters. It has more than 100 workers including 12 technicians.
20 years has past away, the factory still keeping the tenet: "strive for survival on the basis of quality, strive for development on the basis of innovation and strive for production on the basis of science and technology" thanks to a group of senior technicians and advanced equipments, had formed the whole sealing production line as follows: Forging press--heat treatment--machine work--alloy spray welding--nitriding--shot plasting. It has established strict and scientific system and had passed ISO9001: 2000 quality control system certification. Now all the products are according to the standard of TS16949.
We are oriented to the needs of customers and market, and have established the supporting system of cars and motorcycle engine in mainland china. Now we are moving toward to the international market step by step and developing new products and improve techniques continually. We can supply positive quality, advanced techniques, high-performance products and omnibearing technique services.
