1, Airwell Group Introduction

Founded in 1947, today Airwell Group is one of the global leaders for the manufacture and distribution of high-class, environmentally balanced and reliable air conditioning systems. Airwell Group is the ideal partner for perfect climate solutions in residential, light commercial, commercial and industrial applications. Airwell Group′s products provide comfort, wellbeing and quality of life, helping to increase business productivity. Six production facilities throughout the world with over 3.500 employees produce between 1.500.000 and 2.000.000 air conditioning units annually. Sales revenues in 2007 is 700 million USD, today Airwell Group has one of the widest product ranges and distribution networks on the market.

In fifties, Airwell started to produce air conditioners for residential and light commercial applications, especially designed for severe climate conditions in Africa and Middle East countries. Airwell started a series of acquisition since 1993. Especially in 1998, Airwell got acquisition of WHIRLPOOL air-conditioning factory in Shenzhen, China and got acquisition of Fedders HVAC Business in 2008. All of these set a solid foundation for Airwell to develop around the world.

2, Airwell China Introduction

In 2008, Airwell China Air-Conditioning Co., Ltd. was founded in Shenzhen, China and It′s wholly owned subsidiary. According to Airwell′s strategy, high technology and high quality systems will be transferred to Airwell China and hence support China′s energy saving policy. Thanks to Airwell R&D′s effort, now Airwell offers varies kinds of energy saving systems such as WSHP system, Chilled beam & chilled ceiling system, VRF systems and DCI system. Before that every air conditioner supplier focus on individual equipment efficiency improvement and this concept is forged into customers′ mind. Now Airwell changed this idea totally by promoting energy air conditioning system. Compared by the traditional energy saving concept, system saving solution could save 30% energy totally. The high technology and system solution concept becomes main idea and hence customers′ mind changed significantly. Airwell group invested 55million to set up manufacture entity, sales and maintenance offices in China. Airwell product ranges cover Mobile & Monoblock, Split & VRF, Terminal unit, AHU & Rooftop and Air cool and water cool chiller, ect. Their cooling capacity ranged from 2KW to 7000KW, meeting different customers′ demands.
