The AD9288 is a dual core 8-bit single chip sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an on-chip sample and hold circuit, which is optimized for low cost, low power consumption, small size and ease of use. The product works at 100 MSPS conversion rate, and has excellent dynamic performance in the whole working range. Each channel can work independently.
The ADC only needs a 3 V (2.7 V to 3.6 V) single power supply and a coded clock to give full play to its performance. For most applications, no external reference voltage source or driver is required. The digital output is TTL/CMOS compatible, and the separate output power supply pin supports 3.3 V or 2.5 V logic interface.
The coding input is TTL/CMOS compatible, and the 8-bit digital output can be powered by+3V (2.5 V to 3.6 V) power supply. Users can choose to provide various power saving modes, digital data formats and digital data timing schemes. In the power saving mode, the digital output is set to the high resistance state.
The AD9288 is manufactured with advanced CMOS technology, and provides 48 pin surface mount plastic packaging (7x7 mm, 1.4 mm 48 pin LQFP). The rated temperature range is - 40 ° C to+85 ° C industrial temperature range. The pin arrangement design can realize 10 bit upgrade.
