IMO Pipe Marking Tape as ISO14726 (1)

We are specialized in pipe marking tapes for ships and offshore as ISO14726.

Marking pipes on ships and offshore sites is of the utmost importance to insure safety at all times. Accidents, injuries and damage to machines and equipment can be caused by people's ignorance of the substances that flow through pipes.

The ISO 14726 standard specifies the principle colours for the identification of substances in pipes.

ISO 14726-2 specifies additional colours to be used with the main colours given in ISO 14726-1 for marking of piping systems in accordance with the content and/or function on board ships and marine structures. ISO 14726-2 specifies additional colour codes that allow a more detailed identification of the substance.

PIPEMARKING TYPE 1 UNIT CLOUR

Type 1 is an unicolour system for marking of pipes. The tapes is delivered in different colours who will be mounted together on site. This is the easiest way of marking your pipes and does not demand a big stock of different types of colourcombination. The tape is delivered in rolls on 50mm*10m, 50mm*50m, and 60mm*10m. But can also be delivered in other sizes on request. We also suggest you use a neutral arrow marking tape(white and black)for marking of flow direcion. This ease to understanding of flowdirection for crew and other safety personal.

PIPEMARKING TYPE2 TWO COLOUR

Type 2 is a two-coloured system with finished printed colour code, main colour-additional colour-main colour. It is delivered in rolls of 90mm*10m, 150mm*10m, 100mm*10m as standards size but can also be delivered in other combinations/sizes on request. We also suggest you use a neutral arrow marking tape(white and black)for marking of flow direcion.

PIPEMARKING TYPE3 TWO COLOUR

Type 3 is a two-coloured system printed with arrow and text in the correct colourcode.

It is delivered in roll of 100mm*10m as standards size but can also be delivered in other combinations/sizes on request.

PIPEMARKING TYPE4 TWO COLOUR

Type 3 is also a two-coloured system printed with arrow together. The arrow is printed with the additional colour, inside arrow is printed with the name of substances in pipes, outside the arrow is printed with the main colour. It is delivered in roll of 80mm*10m, 160mm*10m as standards size but can also be delivered in other combinations/sizes on request.

The products adopts excellent fire-retardant material. Its glue can be used for temperature scope -50º C_120º C. It has excellent performance for applying on the surface of steel, wood, glass, ceramic, painting film etc.
