Packaging & delivery
1. Flat Packing: each panel will be scan before packing, and could be tracked by system.
2. Assembled Packing: the carcase, hinges and doors are assembled properly, then it will be packed with well protection with foam, film, corner protector and paper.
3. Shipping: both bulk shipping and container shipping are available.
4. Bulk Shipping: all the products could put in wood case so they won't be missed when shipment and seperated.
5. Container Shipping: all the products will be loaded properly and ship.

Q2. What kind of payment terms are accepted?

Q3. When can the goods be delivered after order is placed?
Depends on various products, it can be from 20 days to 45 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once
order is confirmed.

Besides production time mentioned above, usually it takes maximum 10-15 days for shipment to any destination port around the
world.
Q5. Are items shown on website ready to deliver after order is placed?
Most of the items are needed to be made once order is confirmed. Stock items may be available due to different seasons, please

Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/ fabric by sample which should be strictly the
same as mass production.
