Flake Ice Machine (HJ-500)

Flake ice has a large surface area and it's therefore ideal for rapidly cooling because of its scaly shape. In addition, due to the thin flake ice is able to enter the spaces between the cooled products to prevent heat from the surroundings, maintain how temperatures and retain moisture. It is suit for long-term preservation of fresh food.
Flake ice is a preferable medium to keep vegatables fresh, especially things whose skin can be easily scuffed when makes long-distance transport, such as plecoglossus, trout, inkfish, etc. Furthermore, flake ice is also essential in dye industry, chemical engineering industry and large concrete project.

Our ice makers' capacity is from 500kg to 60 tons per day. The machine which can produce over 30 tons per day can be manufactured as customer's requirements.
