Polyester Webbing
refers to a general term for a blended fabric of pure polyester and cotton, with polyester as the main component. Its characteristics are good elasticity and wear resistance in both dry and wet conditions, stable size, low shrinkage rate, and the characteristics of being straight, not easy to wrinkle, easy to wash, and quick to dry. Polyester webbing has high strength, strong impact resistance, not easy to break, strong light resistance, and not easy to fade.

Nylon Webbing
Nylon is mainly made of materials such as nylon lustrous silk, nylon irregular lustrous silk, nylon high elasticity silk, and nylon semi dull silk, which are woven by a weaving machine. Nylon webbing has a comfortable feel, good elasticity and wear resistance in both dry and wet conditions, stable size, low shrinkage rate, and has the characteristics of being straight, not easy to fold, easy to wash, and quick to dry.

Polypropylene Webbing
The chemical name of polypropylene fiber is polypropylene, also known as polypropylene, so the raw material for polypropylene ribbon is polypropylene, commonly known as PP yarn. PP yarn is processed into ribbon, so most people also habitually refer to it as PP ribbon. PP webbing has the advantages of high strength, light weight, anti-aging, abrasion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and it also has good anti-static properties.


Product Feature

Polyester (PET):

1. Strong and wear-resistant.

2. Poor water absorption, with a nominal moisture regain of 0.4% (20 ºC, relative humidity of 65%, 100g polyester water absorption of 0.4g).

3. Easy to generate static electricity and pilling.

4. Acid resistant but not alkali resistant. Note: A certain concentration of alkali damages the surface of polyester at a certain temperature, making the fabric feel soft and soft.

5. Good corrosion resistance and light resistance.

6. The fabric made of polyester fiber is not prone to wrinkling, has good dimensional stability, and is easy to wash and dry quickly.


Nylon (PA) or Nylon (N):

1. The strength is very good, even exceeding that of steel wires of the same fineness.

2. Excellent wear resistance, surpassing other textile fibers, suitable for sportswear, socks, parachutes, and cables.

3. Poor water absorption, with a fixed moisture regain of 4%, prone to static electricity, pilling, and pilling.

4. Alkali resistant but not acid resistant, 37.5% hydrochloric acid can dissolve.

5. Good corrosion resistance, poor water resistance, poor light and heat resistance, and reduced yellowing strength after prolonged exposure to sunlight.


Polypropylene (PP):

1. Polypropylene fiber has high strength, wear resistance, and is on par with nylon; The strength does not decrease after being damp.

2. Lightweight, 2/5 lighter than cotton, making it the lightest type of synthetic fiber;

3. Low hygroscopicity and low shrinkage of finished products; Acid and alkali resistant, resistant to mold and decay.

4. The main drawbacks are difficulty in dyeing, poor light resistance, and fast loss of strength after prolonged exposure to sunlight; Low heat resistance.
