PTTX is a company specialized in researching, manufacturing and developing transformer core related products.
Our products mainly include fully-assembled transformer cores (oil-immersed /dry type transformer, distribution/power transformer), cut lamination sheets, slit coils and mother coils. Meanwhile, we provide grain-oriented electrical steel with grades from 70 to 120. We have been leading the Chinese transformer core industry from 2004, and also are the main drafter of Chinese national standards GB/T32288-2015 and GB/T32288-2020. Now the total production capacity has reached 150, 000 tons annually. We currently have over 200 clients/partners globally, including Siemens, ABB, Schneider, etc.
Slitting Lines:
2 sets of Sanno automated slitting lines bought from Japan, which are basically most advanced around the globe, are ready to operate 24/7 in our factory. The thinnest thickness we can slit is 0.18mm. Both the 2 slitting lines have their own online thickness detector, online iron loss detector, automatic tension control system and automatic dust removal system, assisting to constantly detect and guarantee our products′ high quality and performance. Besides, Brockhaus slitters from German are being used in our slitting lines, and we also do periodic inspection and maintenance on the slitters to guarantee the burr height lower than 0.015mm.
Cut-to-length lines:
20 sets of automated cut-to-length lines are ready to operate 24/7, with the thinnest cutting thickness of 0.18mm and cutting width up to 1000mm. Advantages of our cut-to-length lines include automatic sheets sorting, full sequence cutting, automatic stacking machine, etc.
High bay Storage:
We have 7000m3 of 2 high bay storages for mother coils and slit coils, each coil is stored separately to prevent performance loss due to stress.
Coil Packaging:
All mother coils and slit coils are packaged by automatic packaging machines without any touch by human, in case of performance loss by human error (eg. Overmuch stress on coils, rusted by sweat, etc. ).
